I have a wide range of interests and am keen to explore all things unfamiliar. The quality of which is supported by a few scales, like my higher openness in the Big Five and outstanding Investigate in Holland Code scores. This inclination drives a strong desire to embark on discovery journeys, characterized by a deep commitment to exploring the complexities of our world. In middle school, I took part in the Olympics in informatics, acquiring programming and algorithms, which powered me in the following academic life. Now, I am working on the product ``Ola Friend'' in ByteDance as a supplier manager, which is training me in a real work environment and helping me develop a goal-leading pattern of problem-solving abilities. With psychology as my major, I am passionate about understanding human behaviour and the underlying psychological mechanisms, especially in the field of social interaction. I find immense satisfaction in interacting with diverse groups of people, striving to comprehend their varied perceptions and cognitions. This intrinsic curiosity has led me down the path of psychology, and my dedication further underpinned my academic journey following my interest in psychology. I delved deep into each subject in my associate degree, striving to assimilate theoretical knowledge while seeking real-world applications. My effort is finally reflected in my academic honours ``Dean's List'' and ``President's Honour Roll'' in all four semesters of my associate degree. Remarkably, I got a scholarship that only award the top 5\% students in the associate degree program from Hong Kong Government. I accumulated extensive and solid psychological theories and gained a comprehensive understanding of psychological knowledge in the classroom while participated in various psychology-related activities in my life. My involvement in initiatives such as the Mental Health First Aid Organization underscores my commitment to understanding and enhancing psychological well-being as the mainstream topic of psychology today. Personally, I am engaging in collecting psychological scales and hosting a website, PsychoScales, to perform the scale and scoring with AI explanations. In the future, I plan to develop this website into a platform that can provide psychological services to the public while shaping a cross-cultural database for diverse scales. My academic interests are culture and cross-cultural psychology with psychometric and sociological methods. During my associate studies, I was deeply sensitized that culture, functioning as an intrinsic milieu, profoundly influences our cognitive paradigms and behavioural patterns. It is crucial to ensure the generalizability of insights derived from psychological inquiries across a gamut of culturally divergent contexts and to bridge the yawning chasm between different cultures' psychological paradigms. I remain steadfast in my goal, investing time in keeping updated with the latest articles from journals and furthering my understanding. I aspire not only to further my studies with an undergraduate and postgraduate degree in psychology but also to remain within academia, advancing the field through research and teaching. For me, the path of psychology is not just a career choice but a vocation. I am confident in my ability to contribute significantly to further research with my zeal for cultural psychology and my commitment to academic rigour. My experiences, both academic and extracurricular, have shaped my perspective, enabling me to approach challenges with an analytical mindset. This makes me an ideal candidate for a graduate program at your esteemed university. I am keen to join your respected institution, not just as a student but also as a scholar who brings unique perspectives and makes a lasting impact. \end{document}
